Due to the personal nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, our return policy is designed to respect these considerations while also offering support in instances where products may arrive damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences. Perfumes once opened and used are personal items and cannot be resold or reused, hence, if you do not like the scent of the perfume you purchased, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Returns of Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, we are here to help. To initiate a return process for a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below within 14 days of delivery: 1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team about the issue. Provide your order number, the name of the affected items, and a detailed description of the damage or defect. 2. Provide Proof: Include photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product in your communication. This proof is crucial for us to assess the issue and take appropriate action. 3. Return Authorization: Once we review your claim and validate the damage or defect, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the product to us. 4. Processing Returns: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming the damage or defect, we will process your return. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In cases of damaged or defective items, Al Madina Perfumes will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after it reaches us. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Refunds or exchanges are issued according to the original payment method and may take several days to appear in your account.
